Apple Arcade has announced a lineup of 15 new titles, including three Final Fantasy games, arriving over December and January. On December 9, fans can access Final Fantasy IV (3D Remake)+ and its direct sequel, Final Fantasy IV: The After Years+. The Final Fantasy IV remake, first launched on the Nintendo DS, features updated 3D visuals, voice acting, and refined gameplay mechanics while maintaining the original’s Active Time Battle system.
On January 9, the service will introduce Final Fantasy+, a remastered 2D version of the 1987 classic that started the series. This version brings an enhanced user interface, new gameplay features, and an auto-battle mode.
