Distant Worlds, in collaboration with Square Enix and AWR Records, unveiled Distant Worlds VI: More Music from Final Fantasy. The album, produced and conducted by the esteemed GRAMMY-award winner, Arnie Roth, features an exceptional collection of tracks. Most of these pieces were initially showcased during the monumental Final Fantasy 35th Anniversary Distant Worlds: Music from Final Fantasy Coral and Final Fantasy VII Remake World Tours.
The highlight of Distant Worlds VI is the "Final Fantasy I-VI: Battle Medley," featuring dynamic arrangements of Nobuo Uematsu's cherished themes. Moreover, the album includes mesmerizing compositions from the Final Fantasy VII Remake, such as "Jessie's Theme" by Masashi Hamauzu, "Stand Up" by Mitsuto Suzuki & Nozomi Toko, and reimagining of "Those Chosen By the Planet."
In a first-ever inclusion, Distant Worlds VI also presents music from Final Fantasy VII Advent Children, featuring the choral masterpiece "The Promised Land" and the wistful "Cloud Smiles." As an extra treat, listeners can enjoy the timeless rendition of "Eyes on Me" from Final Fantasy VIII, beautifully sung by the original Final Fantasy XIV vocalist, Susan Calloway.
