The voting phase for the 2024 Golden Joystick Awards, the world's longest-running video game awards, is now open. Final Fantasy VII Rebirth has secured nominations in several key categories, and fans of the franchise can cast their votes for the game until November 1, 2024.
The nominations for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth include:
Best Storytelling
Best Soundtrack
Best Lead Performer: Cody Christian, for his portrayal of Cloud Strife
Best Supporting Performer: Briana White, for her performance as Aerith Gainsborough
Console Game of the Year
The Ultimate Game of the Year voting will begin on November 4, and the awards ceremony will take place on November 21, 2024.
As a bonus, voters will receive a complimentary ebook, choosing from a variety of gaming-themed titles such as 100 Retro Games to Play Before You Die, The History of Videogames, and more, normally worth up to $18.99 / £12.99.
