In a recent Tweet from a trustworthy source, PlayStation Game Size, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth's file size is confirmed at a whopping 145.250 GB. Fans can pre-load the game starting midnight on Feb 27, with the official release following on Feb 29 at midnight.
Additionally, a demo is in the works that will probably be released after the upcoming Final Fantasy VII Rebirth - State of Play on 6th of February, and players participating will receive an exclusive in-game item, the Kupo Charm - Survival Set. The demo save file can probably be transferred to the full game to receive the item.
