Final Fantasy XIV is marking its 10th anniversary by releasing a series of side stories, grouped under the title "Tales under the New Moon." These stories will be made available on the game's official website for fans to enjoy.
Final Fantasy XIV fans can look forward to three more side stories, which are set to be throughout September 2023.
Currently, only the first story, titled "As Azura Fades," is available. This tale features characters Estinien Varlineau, Haldrath, Aureniquart, and Berteline. It tells the story of Estinien, who experiences a vision in a dream from the point of view of Haldrath, one of the founding fathers of Ishgard. At the same time, Aureniquart and Berteline remain true to the oath they made to Haldrath.
The planned release dates of the remaining stories are as follows:
Side Story 2: September 1, 2023
Side Story 3: September 8, 2023
Side Story 4: September 15, 2023
