Square Enix has officially announced that Final Fantasy XVI will be available on PC starting September 17, 2024. The game can now be preordered on Steam and the Epic Games Store. The base version is priced at $49.99/€49.99, while a Complete Edition— which includes the base game along with the two expansions, Echoes of the Fallen and The Rising Tide—is priced at $69.99/€69.99.
As part of the launch announcement, Square Enix has released a new "Deliverance" trailer. Additionally, a free demo is now available on both platforms. This demo features the opening section of the game, and any progress made can be seamlessly carried over to the full game upon its release.
