Square Enix has announced an exciting collaboration with the pottery brand Tsutaya, revealing exclusive commemorative Wajima-nuri plates to celebrate the tenth anniversary of Final Fantasy XIV. These plates feature intricate designs of Bahamut and Meteion, showcasing the traditional Wajima lacquer craftsmanship.
From December 12, 2023, fans can pre-order these limited-edition plates until January 15, 2024, with anticipated delivery by the end of March 2024. The Bahamut plate is priced at 66,550 JPY (430.54€/$451.75), while the Meteion plate costs 40,700 JPY (263.01€/$276.30). Notably, a special Maki-e Decorative Plate featuring a radiant Bahamut will be showcased at the Final Fantasy XIV fan festival in Tokyo.
However, there's a catch - these exclusive plates are currently available for delivery within Japan only. Interested buyers outside Japan may need to explore import options. Fortunately, these plates are also accessible at Aitai-Kuji!
