Square Enix has revealed the Kawaii Pop #SQkawaii series, combining newly arranged Final Fantasy music and exclusive merchandise. The highlight of the series is the #SQkawaii Sounds - FINAL FANTASY album, which features 20 tracks reimagined with a future bass style, blending sparkling synths and upbeat rhythms.
The album covers music from across the franchise, reinterpreted by a lineup of arrangers such as Yuki Hirose and Takafumi Imamura. The full tracklist is as follows:

In addition to the album, Square Enix has announced merchandise including T-shirts, tote bags, and newly illustrated promotional artwork by Yasuhiro Izumisawa, featuring Final Fantasy heroines and mascots in a playful game center setting.
The album and merchandise are available for pre-order in the Square Enix Online Stores for North America and Europe, as well as through CD Japan. Early purchases of the album will include a #SQkawaii logo sticker. The release is scheduled for March 2025.
