Square Enix has launched update 1.050 for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, bringing several enhancements tailored for the PlayStation 5 Pro. PS5 Pro players can now access "Versatility Mode," a new graphics setting designed to fully utilize the console’s advanced hardware capabilities. This mode, available immediately, combines 60 FPS support with the graphical fidelity of existing settings, improving both visuals and performance.
The update also leverages the PlayStation 5 Pro’s Spectral Super Resolution (PSSR) technology, delivering enhanced clarity and more defined images in Versatility Mode. As a result, players on PS5 Pro will notice a visibly crisper experience compared to other performance settings like Graphics and Performance.
In addition to this exclusive feature, the update addresses various minor bugs and introduces stability improvements, enhancing the overall gameplay experience across all platforms. These fixes aim to optimize functionality and provide smoother, more reliable gameplay for all users.
